The pillows were quite disappointing, especially since I expected a
better selection for a king-size bed. The room was average overall, but the food service at the restaurant left much to be desired as they were often running out of popular items.

The rooms were quite nice and the staff went above and beyond, particularly Rick from valet and our waitress Zoey. However, the casino felt smaller than anticipated, and dining options at the buffet were quite disappointing with cold food. Overall, a mixed experience.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, and the breakfast was very good with a generous amount of food for just $5, making it a great place to recharge before exploring the city.

The dining scene is a rollercoaster! From the breakfast buffet featuring flavorful biscuits and gravy to the delightful charm of nearby spots like Cliff Dwellers Bar. Plus, the hotel rooms are soundproofed so you can escape the casino buzz in style!
Tried to hit the buffet for dinner but felt a bit like a scavenger hunt for fresh food. Check-in was a drag, didn’t score the room ‘til way after 5 PM. Had a dirty floor and the sofa bed was bare — not the highlight of my stay!

would love to come back here some time
The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a safety deposit box. The private bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing. Kids will love the play area and arcade. Breakfast included tasty waffles and gourmet coffee.

missingWrote a review on Jun 05cleanliness issues
Check-in was rushed and unorganized, with a reserved room unavailable upon arrival, which felt frustrating after a lengthy journey. Upon entering our room, cleanliness was a concern—one bed looked poorly made and even had remnants of tobacco under the mattress. Notably, there were no basic amenities like a microwave or refrigerator, making it inconvenient for late-night snacks, and the peculiar icebox barely accommodated ice. Additionally, the bathroom shower had a sliding door that didn't stay closed well, creating a bit of a mess while trying to shower.

The Superior Queen Room was clean and comfortable. The beds were really soft, which made for a cozy night. I loved the modern feel of the room. However, housekeeping could've done a better job with the floors. they could've used a sweep or vacuum. No biggie, but it stood out a bit.
